Cayenne Pepper

Make this very simple recipe correctly is crucial to the outcome.

Ingredients for Lemon Detox drink

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Grade B maple syrup
  • 1/10th teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Pure 8 oz Liquid Water

Mix all ingredients together in a glass and enjoy! Initially, you may find the cayenne pepper a little hot, especially if not used to spicy food but this is something we very quickly become accustomed to.

I was quite surprised how hot it was the first Once tried, but soon I add extra pepper for an even stronger detoxification at the end.

You will have to take a minimum 6 detox drinks during the day. Somewhere between 8 to 12 is ideal. Make sure you also take enough fresh clean water throughout the day too.

Every time you start to feel a little hungry, go and mix yourself a drink. This tends to fend off hunger pangs quickly. Once you get past day 3, you will probably find that you will experience very few real hunger pangs, although about 1 in 4 people say they have regular hunger pains along. But do not worry, I have a good feeling that you will be one of the other 3 luck!

The drink is best to new every time you want to drink, but sometimes this is not possible, especially when targeted to work. To try to keep the cleaning power of enzymes lemon, make a concentrated maple syrup and lemon juice and add water if you want to drink.

** TIP **

So if you plan to take 3 drinks while you're away, you have to make a concentration of 6 tablespoons lemon juice and 6 tablespoons maple syrup.

To make life easier on yourself, take 3 bottles water separately each with 8 fluid ounces of pure water, but with capacity of 10 fluid ounces as the concentrate is added to it.

You need to a package measuring teaspoon and add Cayenne to the end. (3/10ths can add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, but the concentration tends to be more when it gets to hot liquid and leave for a period of time).

Once you're ready for a drink, just get out and concentrate to give a good shake, then measure 4 tablespoons in the bottle, add your cayenne, stir and drink!

** Tip **

If you drag the hunger in just a distraction. I decided to detox my house while I detoxifying my body. Nothing like cleaning to stay focused and distracted. My house never had seen so well in the time I finished my course of detoxification and help when you get a lot more energy than they normally have.

If you not have a house to try to clean some light exercise like this will make you feel good and keep your mind off food. Do not forget to keep drinking the detox drink and replenishing water supplies.
